Tony has done a magnificent job in cleaning thoroughly the carpet. We had an overflow in the basement in the bathroom and he gave adequate instruction on what the best way to handle it. I don't believe the other company we had before Zerorez would have done that. Even though it costs us more it's taking care of a deeper problem that could cause health problems.

It is like it says Zerorez. I have had my carpets cleaned before and after they dry they are stiff. I always vacuum them to remover the dry caked on feeling. My carpet was clean and soft.
