The technicians are all very polite and helpful, with the exception of one.

The technicians always make sure I'm happy with the service and they are professional and friendly. I have gotten the protectant the last few times, and it really is incredible how well it works. A year after my last cleaning, I spilled wine on the carpet and I was able to wipe it all up with nothing but paper towels and a wet wash cloth. I have now used Zerorez 4 times and will continue to do so because my experience is always positive.

I have off white carpet and Zerorez always does a very good job. We have no pets or small children, so we do not have any heavily soiled areas but just normal use but still needs professional cleaning once or twice a year. I have recommended zerorez to friends.
