The people. Friendly, helpful from the initial call to set up the appointment. The Servicemen were great. They did an awesome job, worked efficiently and VERY CLEANLY - they put on booties as soon as they came in the door, if they made any mess, they left no sign of it. On top of everything else, they were really nice guys.
This is our second time using you. Your men got the carpets even cleaner this time! I'm thinking they finally got through 25 some years of other cleaning method residue. :-) Our daughter and Dennis Prager earn our thanks for their recommendations.
