This service was quick and the carpet dried rather quickly. I like the fact that there isn't any residue left on the carpet.

Your technicians are the greatest. They have been working real hard on the stain caused by a deep cleaning,but the stain is still there but it is a little lighter. It still needs a little more work.

The process -- no soaps and residue left; the adjustment in water pH to clean, the hot water; and the fact that the rugs were not sloppy wet when finished.
