The carpets came out much cleaner than I expected they would. Even the cat urine stains that are not completely gone at least do not smell now. We'll see how much comes back 2-3 months from now. But for 9 year old carpet that has gone through 4 kids + 1 cat, it looks terrific now. Before it looked like it just needed to be replaced. So even though the service was significantly more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies, the effectiveness of the cleaning was much better.

Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient, caring (about water and other furniture), and informative in describing how to maintain our carpets clean. One long-time trouble spot appeared clean after he finished, but became visible when it dried - probably a deep vasoline stain due to our granddaughter, so we did not expect it to go away. It would be nice if there was some kind of chemical that would take it out permanently.

Product seems cutting edge. Service personnel are very professional and easy to work with.

Michael Reinhardt really took his time and made sure every stain and spot was removed. My entire house smells fresh and clean. He did a wonderful job with the sofas as well. The carpeting looks new again. It's been more than a week and the place still smells fresh and clean. I hope I can remember to keep his business card so I can request him the next time.

I like that my carpet dries within 24 hours and the stains are removed, I also like your customer satisfaction guarantee. Your cleaning fees are reasonable however the protectant fee is quite high. When the protectant costs more than the cleaning it leaves me feeling like I am being taken advantage of.
The service tech that came out this last time was the best tech that has cleaned my carpets from Zerorez.

I like the way you clean leaving no residue.

My spots didn't reappear after cleaning like the companys that use soap. Our cleaner tech was Raymond Martin who did a great job and very through and neat. Further he was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Your service is top notch. Michael did an excellent job on 4 rooms, a hall and a staircase. You even followed up on a stain that re-appeared AND did a great job on a spill that happened AFTER you cleaned the first time. I'd recommend you to anyone.

I had my upper level cleaned earlier in the week and the technician (Rickey Brown) did a wonderful job .he's a great ambassador for your company and the carpet looks very nice......however,as you know only time will tell as to the total effectiveness of your "process" after several vacuums and a little time.....so I can't honestly assess the quality of the process yet.....Another thing I liked about your Company was the professional way in which the call was set up.the follow up: ie the reciept ,this questionnaire.etc.....so why not send this again in about a month and I'll give you the whole answer.hopefully to your satisfaction,mine and some of my prospective neighbors........

Called 30 minutes prior to arrival and explained what they were doing and the time that it would take to do the job. Very knowledgeable about how to treat stains. I would recommend Zwrorez to my friends.

I had a very tough stain which they had to come back a second time to completly remove it. They removed totally, very good job!

We were very pleased with the cleaning, but I would not have it scotchguarded again. Our grandson dropped a small piece of red jello and I have had a hard time getting it out. Our son and daughter also used zerorez and I have seen their carpets both before and after.
