I like being able to have the carpets cleaned on a Saturday. The technician was very professional and the carpets are looking great!

The service was very good; Raymond called prior to arriving, he is very knowledgable about the product and eager to share his insight, he provided several suggestions and is pleasant. It's a little early to decide if I like the product as our carpet was cleaned less than 48 hours ago. If my carpet stays looking clean and the stains do not reappear, then I will most likely recommend Zeroez to my family, friends and business associates.
I do think Zeroez is very expensive. I realize your special is for 3 rooms but the 3 rooms that were considered had very little carpet to be cleaned. To be fair to the customer, I believe the costs should be related to the amount of carpet not the number of rooms. For example, the carpeted area of our family room is mostly covered with a very large sofa so there is very little to clean and our living room is mostly covered with an area [that was not cleaned] so the only thing to be cleaned was the perimeter - an even smaller area than the family room.
I REALLY like the idea of your product especially since we have grandbabies crawling on the floor and hope our carpet looks this good in a few weeks so I feel confident about calling you back to clean our furniture. Name removed

The cleaning was effective and thorough.

I only saw the finished product, as other family members were present during the cleaning. The service crew did an awesome job with the carpets which had shoe polish, Christmas tree stains and other nasty spots. The carpet looks wonderful again. The carpets are over 15 years old, and they look new and refreshed again.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Josh, the technician, answered all my questions and did a fabulous job getting my carpets cleaned. He was friendly and respectful.

Carpets were very clean. However, the cleaning hose scratched our paint on the front porch. You should use the corner guards outside too.

I have had other carpet cleaning companies in before - but this is the first time that I loved my clean carpet. It is beautiful and fresh - as close to "like new" as possible. No hidden charges, everything was explained well, I was very pleased with my Zerorez experience. I was encouraged to stay on top of cleaning certain areas that experience more traffic, which I probably will do. I definately would recommend your company to my family and friends.

The technician was very knowledgable about carpet stains and how to best clean them. He was very thorough and did a great job in eliminating the carpet stains. The carpets came real clean and were dry and soft to walk on in just a couple of hours after finishing.

After the rug is cleaned I fill the spots or dirty areas do not reappear right away. Also no chemicals are used

the carpets look great, they dried in less time than regular steam cleaning and they didn't need vacuuming as soon as they were dry. I would use this service again.

It cleans the carpets well and no messie wet carpets. The employee's that come are always friendly and lets me know if they have a problem with my carpets.
