Hello ~ After years of using several different, well-known carpet cleaners (with less than stellar results), Zerorez was a pleasant surprise and completely exceeded my expectations! The result was a super clean carpet that dried within five hours and with no residue. There was a pleasant aroma during and right after the cleaning service, and absolutely no lingering smell after the carpet was completely dry. I couldn't have asked for a better result! It's safe for my dogs. It leaves no residue and the carpets stay clean longer than when I have used other companies and their processes.

I wasn't home at the time of service, but from what I understand the technician was prompt and friendly. The carpets (which are white unfortunately) hadn't been cleaned in some time and they really do look great after the cleaning. And the technician even offered to do additional areas.

They are simply as advertised. Very happy with the result.
No soap
No smells that run you out of the house. The rugs were cleaned with out any 'dilly dallying' but with care to make sure that they were really cleaned.

Cleans the carpet like new and it stays cleaner much longer.
It seems that the spots are gone but I would like to reserve my final opinion for a couple months to see if the spots stay gone. Also, as I was not here when the man did the work, I was wondering if I should run the vacuum as soon as the carpets are dry?
