We've tried other cleaners but Zerorez definitely provided the best cleaning. Not the cheapest ... but then we didn't have a thoroughly cleaned carpet.
The end result was excellent. The carpets looked and smelled fresh and new. (they are 3 years old and this is the first cleaning) Dean was very knowledgeable and personable and was interested in meeting my expectations, therefore, he asked me questions and took time to explain what he would be able to do before beginning. We also discussed pricing prior to beginning and he adjusted slightly when I thought a certain area needed to be adjusted.

The carpets look pretty remarkable; especially the foot traffic areas in the bedrooms. Our technician was very courteous, took the time to explain the Zerorez difference and even demonstrated how the protectant worked! That led to adding that service to our order. There was really little disruption. He even did my office last so I could work right up to the time he cleaned it.

I like that Zerorez carpet cleaning does not use chemicals that could be harmful. With two young children that are constantly on the floor, I feel good knowing my carpet is clean and there is no residue that could hurt them while they're on it!

The technician(Dean) was very helpful and competent. He did an outstanding job. I would be glad to have him come back. He did have some difficulty with coffee stains. I don't know that anyone could have done any better.
