My carpet was pretty clean and it did not take as long to dry. I do recommend that you advertise one price and the technican wanted to charge me another price whne I suggested the advertisement on 850 KOA. The pricese per ads and techs need to be clarified. I had it all down per internet and paid more than what I was quoted. i was not happy with that as I had to stay at work and it put my husband in between you company and the qutoe which I received a booking.

The representative was very inrested in pleasing the customer and doing a good job. Our carpet looks like a new carpet and we had gone for almost 1 1/2 years since the carpet was cleaned. We have a long hallway that gets constant use and the representative was not pleased with how it turned out--- but, we were and knew how dirty it was, it looks great.
