I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. I was notified 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the carpet cleaner who was obviously experienced in what he was doing. He answered all of my questions and gave me advice on spot cleaning on my own. I was extremely happy with the cleaning results especially when the carpet dried with no stiffness.
