Your representative on the phone was courteous and informed. The young men who cleaned the carpet were very polite and worked quickly. The carpets look great. There is only one tiny spot that they didn't get in the living room. It is kind of early to say that I would recommend Zerorez to someone. I would like to wait for 2-4 weeks to see how the carpets look then before I strongly recommend Zerorez. So far so good!
Customer service is most outstanding
Fast, professional service. I do feel the price was high, but I would recommend and/or use again since I've been disappointed with other companies. However, I know many friends who would not be able to pay your higher prices. And I would only be able to pay your prices every few years instead of every year.

The cleaning solution worked well, as did the crew that applied it. I was a little concerned
when the technicians left because of several humps in the carpet, but after 24 hours the carpet dried and everything looked normal. Vary happy with the results.

My chiropractor, Peter Petropulos, recommended Zerorez to me because of my chemical allergies. After Raymond left, there was an odor in the living room from the loveseat and swivel chair, but there didn't seem to be any in the family room with the recliners. He did need to use a small amount of rust remover on one cushion, so perhaps that's what caused the odor. I'm running my air purifier in the living room, and haven't noticed any negative health effects. I'm assuming the odor will disappear once the pieces have dried.

I like that there was no chemical cleaners or soaps used to clean my carpet and the fact that they look better now than I've seen them in years. Also, while I haven't used this particular service yet, I'm glad to know that I can get my showers and auto uphostry done too. Also, the tech seemed very knowledgable and did a great job!
The technicians - Cody and David - did an outstanding of cleaning all the areas that needed to be cleaned. They explained their process before beginning to work and told of the extra services that were available if I needed them.They were careful to avoid any "keepsakes" that were around in the area and did their work quickly and efficiently.
My carpets are of very different ages - from more than 20 years to less than 5 years. After the cleaning, all carpets felt soft and "fluffy" underfoot (as opposed to some other experiences I have had with other cleaning companies.

The service didn't require a lot of time, carpets look as good as new, drying time was minimal and the cost was very affordable.
the natural aspect. i also like how the rugs cleans up overall, but this time there were still a few spots that did not come out. could you do something about this or no?
We taught the two guys were polite, deticated to what they were doing. They viewed what we needed to have done and explained what they could not do. My carpets look great and I got a couple pamphlets to pass on to the people that were interested in my outcome. So yes I will wait a couple weeks to see if they remain clean looking. Great job guys!!
