Great service! I really appreciated Mike's attention to detail. Covering the walls and baseboards to prevent marking them! I loved how quickly the carpet dried and how there really was no residue.

Our rugs looked great after they were cleaned. Tim got spots out that I didn't expect he'd be able to remove.

However, I found a bigger mess than I expected where Tim must have cleaned his equipment before returning it to the truck. There was a lot of lint/fiber that must have come from my rugs but I was surprised to see it in the driveway.

It is the best carpet cleaning we have ever experienced! All stains were removed with the exception of some oil based makeup which is barely noticeable. The personnel were professional with recommendations for future cleanings.
