This is my second recommendation because Zerorez came back to redo a couple of dog pee stains. As I said in my first recommendation, if they had not done such a fantastic job we would have had to recarpet the whole house. They were very cooperative about coming back to redo the couple of stains and the stains are now gone. The fellow was here a couple of days ago and the carpet is now dry... and no stains. Your staff is competent, persistent with stain removal, friendly and honest. There were MANY dog pee stains on the carpets throughout the house and virtually all of them are gone. The serviceman pointed out stains he could not remove. I think there were three and they were insignificant. Once the carpet dried two or three stains came back and Zerorez is returning tomorrow to fix those. We are very pleased with the service and the results. Had it not turned out so well, we would have had to replace all the carpets in the house.
