Unfortunately, one high traffic area needed further attention after the initial visit. Zerorez sent another technician out at no extra cost. My carpet looks good and there was no chemical smell or perfume fragrance after cleaning. I will recommend them to friends and use them again.

No odor, carpet dried quickly and walk path gone as of now. Rick Brown and Cody were very professional, clean and neat, gave us good informtion on how to care for carpet and a real knowleddge of your process. I need more capet cleaned and my tile and will use Zerorez and speciaclly Rick and Cody.
