No Chemicals!

It was easy to book appt and you showed up on time. Only one problem, the door wasn't completely closed when you left so it wasn't locked. They locked the bottom lock not the dead bolt, but didn't close the door tightly so it just opened when I pushed it checking up on it today. Just thought you should know.

Jerry was very professional and very helpful. We are first timer's when it comes to the carpet cleaning and we just moved into a new house where we didn't know what the previous owners had on the carpets. Jerry took me through the entire house room by room and showed me what was going on and worked with me on the service he could provide.

We thought our carpets weren't that dirty but the tech Rick showed us an area that he had cleaned the difference was amazing. We love how clean our carpets came.

Chemical free. The citrus cleaning agent , though having an obvious citrus smell when applied, with the water ( application) the carpeting looks clean and the citrus odor disappears. And even better there isn't any chemical residue (REZ) remaining. Am anxious to see how our 3 area rugs come out of their cleaning effort. Our stairs look great.

Zerorez always does a great job for me. This time, Ricky was called in to stretch the carpet in 4 rooms. He did an excellent job and removed all the bumps and ripples from the carpet. I then decided to have him do some carpet cleaning and that turned out perfect as well.

Carpet looked great after cleaning. Once I went over the floor with the vacuum cleaner it was soft to touch and didn't have that stiff feel. The stairs looked great, the best it has ever looked after a cleaning.
