Most of the techs are professional and don't try to oversell additional services, carpets aren't overly "sticky' after being cleaned, prices are competetive.

We have two Labs, and our son's Lab is a frequent visitor. For some reason, whenever any of them decides to do a little indoor decorating, the canvas is the carpet in the area of the living and dining rooms. Very attractive! We're going to have our son's fiancee's family for holiday meals, so we needed to have our carpets and white upholstered furniture rid of pet stains. Even though I called just a week before Thanksgiving, I got an appointment right away. Mike Reinhardt, the Zerorez tech, called to let me know that he was on his way. He worked steadily for several hours to remove all traces of stain and odor from the carpets and furniture. Not only was Mike very good at his job, he was pleasant, friendly, and courteous. We had had our light grey carpets cleaned by another company, but switched to Zerorez earlier in the year. The carpets remained much cleaner for a lot longer; if it hadn't been for the "dog art" we could have gone quite a lot longer between cleanings. We will most certainly use Zerorez again and will recommend them without reservation to friends and neighbors.
