All the spots I was most concerned about were removed without the soapy products used by other carpet cleaner companies. The machines used for cleaning were not big, bulky, and noisy. We had some stains that past companies could not seem to get out. Your technician worked on some of them with several products and got them out. WOW!!!! We also can feel the difference in our carpet compared to past services. The commentary we heard on the radio about Zerorez is TRUE....no residue!!!!

Very professional and called many times before arriving. Service was done well. Only complaint is that the technician scrapped my freshly painted white trim pieces of wood each time he cleaned and so I had to repaint over the black marks.
