Everything was very professional from the beginning, and the carpets looked great afterwards. The technician was upfront about what he could and couldn't do (get koolaid stains out) and there was no pressure to get the extra services (although I did). I will definitely be calling you when we need our carpets cleaned again!

IT CLEANS BEAUTIFULLLY WITHOUT THE RESIDUE AND SOAP. IT ALSO DRYS FAST. I HAVE RECOMMENDED ZEROREZ TO A FRIEND WHO WILL ALWAYS USE IT. SHE LOVED IT.
