Jeremiah did a great job cleaning our carpets. We loved how easy the service was to set up. Jeremiah was on time, explained what he was going to do, and did a great job with our carpets.

Ron was amazing! He took a black light through all the rooms and was very thorough addressing every stain. He was extremely respectful of our home and was an excellent communicator. Our carpets look amazing.

We really loved that it left our carpets clean, fresh, and soft. There wasn't any strong smell or sticky residue on the carpet that you sometimes experience after a carpet cleaning. The technician was very pleasant and polite, and I felt comfortable with him in my home. This was our third attempt, so we are glad that it worked out. The first company was a no-show, and Stanley Steamers was an hour and a half late even with a 3-hour window. We were happy when the tech called 40 minutes before arriving and only an hour and a half into the three-hour window. Overall it was a great experience. I would give a 10 if it was months from now, and I knew how long the carpet cleaning and scotch guard holds up.

The work is done with care. The spots do not come back. I would highly recommend them.
