The service man Tommy Watson did a great job. On time, firendly & imformative.
I was very please with the service I received while getting my carpet cleaned and my carpet now looks great!
The Zerorez staff arrived on time and trhe carpets were much improved once they finished.
It worked. I can't believe how many stains were removed in the routine cleaning process and how only very rare spots have returned. I still can't get over it and it's been 4 days since the cleaning.
After a few days I still have a pet odor from the carpet. The carpet technician
was so nice and courteous. I thought that after the treatment there would be no pet odor.
I have had Zerorez clean my carpets a several times. They are always professional, very friendly, and they do a good job cleaning. I really appreciate the good service.

No chemicals and good solutions to deal with stains
the entire process was easy. and the technician who came to our home, Roderick, was fantastic - polite and friendly.
The agents I contacted via phone made it easy to arrange an appointment time, explain the services being promoted and answer my questions. William , the tech who cleaned the carpet listened to what we wanted and made it happen. He was courteous, efficient and completed the service quickly. With the time we spent walking through the house prior to starting the
cleaning and his explanation of the services we could choose, I was happy with the final outcome and the agreed upon price. Thank you ZEROREZ.

Not to pleased with the way the tile was sealed. Used a spray bottle took 10min and charged a 100.00 dollars. I could have done that and a whole lot cheaper. Carpet cleaning was fine.
Your people are well trained, polite and informative....they are prompt....they are quick and neat....what more can you ask?? My carpets look wonderful!!!!
The technician seemed overly concerned that I would not be satisfied with the service and a big puddle of white, dried something was left on my curb

all natural - but I always have problems with making appointments. I get told one thing and then when the appointmet time gets near, then they have changed it to a time when I'm not at home so then it has to be rescheduled. They don't have very good customer service.
Your rep was very professional and pleasant. He was even sweet to my dog! : ) he did a great job. Carpets look great! I tried to give him a nice tip but he said he wasn't allowed to take it! I didn't care for that. He deserved it! You should change that policy and leave that decision of the homeowner. Very happy!
