Method of cleaning
Carpets did not cone as clean as I had hoped. I have cleaned other homes with a rented rug doctor and had better results.

Serviceman did a wonderful job of cleaning stains.
2 very small rooms 180.00 outrageous. Pre treat wasn't long enough. stains still visible. Would not give a quote until all equipment was connected this "assessment" phase is just a marketing ploy in that customers will be less likely to refuse once the equipment is set up. I used this company because I had a coupon that said 29.00 per room. the actual cost was 182.00. that is a huge difference. I was told I should read the fine print. That may be true, but I believe it is a sneaky business practice and i do not consider it ethical to have to read "fine print" in order to rely on the "bold" print.
The representative was professional in appearance and when addressing me regarding the services requested vs. services needed. And there was no surprises regarding the cost. All was explained as he informed me of what was needed to make my home, safe.
Felt price quoted to repair carpet and replace pad in MB was way overpriced at $600.00. Was able to get the exact work done at $150.00 with a local carpet cleaner.
Your technician, Fabian, was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, personable. Whatever you pay him, it isn't enough for what he does for your company.

I like the fact that you get the carpets clean without having to use any soaps or detergents. The young man (Tyrone) that came and cleaned the carpets was very professional, polite, courteous, and performed with excellence.
The job was done great but he was not told to bring a cover so he could clean them in my garage,so he had to clean them on my wood floors, not to happy about that, you need to let the man know, I guess you had a problem that day as he had to travel quite a distance!!!!
