This time was great. The guy came in and fixed the problem. He was fast and polite. Definitely a 10. I rated an 8 because the 1st time was so bad.

No soap and a very clean carpet. Arrived at scheduled time and explained everything about getting my carpet cleaned, and pointers on things not to use to clean my carpet in the future.

My comments do not refer to your field technicians, but to the customer service representative I had the misfortune to speak with. The day after the carpet was cleaned there was a strong odor that was not present before it was cleaned. I sent an email in and never heard back then called the office and spoke with "Jeff". This young man was abrupt and rude and kept insisting that I had accepted a follow up appointment at a certain time when I had not. When the next technicians came out to the house the odor has dissipated, but I explained I was concerned it would come back. He said he would have a supervisor call and that was Wednesday, February 18th. Today is the 20th and I have not received a call.

They were very thorough and made sure that it was done correctly and to my satisfaction.
Carpet not only looks brand new after a cleaning, but it also FEELS brand new. There is no residue left on it after it dries.
The fact they don't use soaps or detergents and how good the carpets look afterward. Our whole house smells clean and fresh.

I like that the house didn't smell like cleaning products. It just smelled normal. I like that the technician explained what he had to do before he did it because more work was required than we originally discussed in the original appointment.

I was told someone would arrive at my house at 4:30 to give me an estimate. They arrived at 7:00. When I called they said "no you were told between 4:30 and 6:30". But I know exactly what was said because I left work early to be home at 4:30. Then they came and said I would receive an estimate today by email, no estimate thus far. We have used your company many times and always been happy. But I do not think we can use you again. The initial estimate of a small area rug costing more to clean than I paid for it, was very disappointing. I am still hopeful I get an estimate.
The carpet was extremely wet, and smelled terrible. The carpets in the bedrooms did not look clean, and the carpet nap was stiff. I did not have this issue with the two previous cleanings I had from Zerorez. I was very disappointed with Zerorez this visit.
My carpet looks clean and not so tired after a visit from your techs.
