not putting anything in the fibers
I've already answered this survey and gave the reasons why I was totally not satisfied. You can't even get the survey results correct; the Better Business Bureau is my next step.
We hired you to clean a sectional couch. It had an odor on one cushion and we were assured it would come out. After the technician cleaned the couch it looked and smelled fine. However, as soon as it dried it did not look clean and the odor was worse than before. If this is the "power" zerorez? I will never use your company again.

Would be nice if my shower actually looked like the
100$ I spent to have it cleaned . It looked no different
than it does when I clean it myself. Highly disappointed
with the shower and the wasted money I spent. The guy
didn't even try to clean the glass .

The machine that brushes the hair and dirt out of the carpet was impressive. I also liked how Rob had me check each room once he was finished. In addition, he let me know what services were available but didn't pressure me into having the extra things done.

The technician was very helpful in explaining the process. He made a very good effort to answer my questions and he did an outstanding job. My tenants are very much satisfied with cleanliness of the carpet.

Low chemicals, ability to get get carpets clean. Tommy Watson was the tech that did my carpets this week and he did an excellent job. I recommended him to my neighbors already!
Well the people that came out were supper nice but one of the guys talked my wife into a protective coat for the carpet for 90 dollars said anything that spilled on it wiped right out. Well son got mud on the upstairs carpet and it did not come oyt. Company Sent SOME ONE OUT WHO could not get the stain out. He again was very nice and was shocked it would not come out. Not sure how paying for a protective coat for 90 dollars woulnt clean mud out of it.

In the past Zerorez has done a great job for us. We scheduled our appointment the day prior to moving in and was very upset with the outcome. The individual sent to clean our carpet done so in such a way that our carpet was not cleaned properly. I've never seen anyone use a carpet cleaner in such a way. It was like he was in a contest of some sort. I made comment to him that there is no way our carpet was cleaned properly and he stated this is the way he was trained. In the past when using Zerorez the cleaner took time with our carpet and did a great job. Not this time...in fact the technician told us not to bother with having the tile cleaned as it was not dirty and we would not be able to tell that it had been cleaned. This technician was just in too much of a hurry which I guess is why he left part of his cleaning equipment in our garage. Once he was done I expressed that we were dissatisfied. Instead of offering to re-clean and taking a bit more time with our carpets he wanted to call and get the OK not to charge us. I would have rather had the carpets cleaned properly but again I guess time was of the essence. He spent a good bit of time on hold and then told us he could not get in touch with Zerorez and would let the office know not to charge us when he got there. Not sure what has happened but the charge has hit our account and we are now in the process of working with Zerorez billing. They have been attempting to get in touch with the technician for the past two day. We have been told we would hear back tomorrow. Hopefully we will...
There are some areas that need to be redone. I would like a technician to come back and go over them again.
The difference in the carpet is obvious. It looks like new again!
