Your technician was terrific. Very polite, courteous and efficient. However I had a problem with a small area that was treated for stain is tacky and rough to the touch. It needs to be re-treated.

My carpet remained wet for more than 24 hrs. Zerorex needs equipment that pulls more moisture out.
Appear to be environmentally friendly with fair prices.
Not charge so much for spot removal. Everything else was great but I didn't want to pay extra for spot removal when that is the reason you get your carpets cleaned to remove stains.

Customer service. I tried to find out about an area rug that I pre paid over $500 for you to clean. Each time I was told that someone would call me back. I was never contacted and finally complained to someone who did find my rug. When it arrived from being cleaned it was not repaired as I had asked and was damaged further. I assume it was damaged further because it was not repaired prior to cleaning it. I did not accept my rug and have not heard about its outcome. If you get this maybe someone can expedite my rug that you have had since Feb 9. Thank You!

I had hoped I had hired a service that was going to do a good job.I took the advice of KRLD expecting that they would only endorse a quality company, but that would not be the case. Expensive, carpets still dirty, couch didn't look any better and they could not even clean the chairs I wanted cleaned. It took 2 days and 2 different people and over 300 hundred dollars
No way would I recommend your service. The only way you could do anything to make me happy is to do the work that I paid for with more integrity.

Carpet was left soaking wet. It did not dry in 10 hours much less the 5 -6 hours I was told. Also, the carpet feels "crunchy" like some sort of soap product was used.

The product used to remove pet stains really does the trick. I loved the technician that did all the work at my home and I would love to have him clean here agin. His name is Ceasar!!!

As usual they are very professional and do a great job! They even got a stain that I didn't think would ever come up. Kuddos to the technician that came out this time glad that he was promoted. He knew what he was talking about and did a great job!!!!
Matt, your tech., was very thorough and very careful with my furniture during the cleaning process. I like that you do not use soaps or detergents in the process, as they always attract more dirt later.
