Your in house Customer Care support stinks....had to call several times, could not get a return phone call...to schedule, I called and was very forceful! You also attempted to change the rates that had been quoted. Your cleaning staff were GREAT...thank goodness you have them!

2 days after the carpet cleaning, some spots/stains came back on my carpet. Not happy.
I was not at home for the cleaning as my husband was the one who was home. I was surprised to find the house smelled worse after the cleaning than before as now there is an unpleasant odor (akin to mildew or used mop water) near the kitchen where the tile was cleaned. Also, we did not receive the Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse gift card as promised in our promotion agreement.
Fabian was very profession...and perhaps the best salesperson/serviceman yet. He was not pushy at all and extremely knowledgable and that's why I chose to have him do more services for our family.
