Some carpet areas not cleaned well. Several spots on the stairs were missed. I hand cleaned spots that should have been easily cleaned. Tile is not as clean as should be. The time before was great and the cleaning was excellent. So comparing previous cleaning to this one, it was was subpar.
Your representative did an excellent job, worked a full 8 hours straight with no complaints. When I asked about a particular area he had already gone over he immediately went back there and went over it again. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home and worked as hard as I could expect anyone could. A very positive experience and our newly stretched and cleaned carpet looks great. I don't need new carpeting after all. Thanks so much

The carpets and tile get really clean and fresh smelling, your carpets are soft not stiff like with other services I've used and the technician was prompt, called ahead to let me know he was coming and very professional throughout the process. Didn't rush thru the job either. The before and after photos of the tile are unbelievable, tile floors were washed before he started and the difference was amazing. He even got down on his hands and knees and made sure to get the corners and edges clean too. I've used several different services and even own my own expensive carpet shampooer machine, but I keep going back to Zerorez to have it done right.
Overall I was pleased with the service. The tech was on time and very professional. The carpets and floors look great. I really do wonder about the $10 fuel surcharge at a time when gas prices are the lowest in years.

The thing I liked most of all was the exceptional customer service my husband and I were provided by your employee. I wish I had written down his name- maybe you can look it up in your service logs? If people received customer service like this everywhere else, things would be a lot different. Also, I really liked the fact that we were notified a few days ahead of time to remind us of our appointment-I need all the reminders I can get. I've never been more than happy to pay for carpet cleaning before, but now I am. We will continue to use zerorez and tell all our friends and family, thank you!
