Technician was organized, knowledgeable, courteous . Equipment was clean. Love that there are no chemicals involved . I used the carpet cleaning service for my MIL who had COPD for years. Her respiratory system was very sensitive to cleaning chemicals. Unfortunately her condo association required carpets on upper units. After the first cleaning her carpets were cleaner than they had been in a long time.

As repeat customers, it should have been easy to reserve a carpet cleaning date and deal, but we found the website set up for booking to be confusing and difficult to navigate. What I wanted and what was offered as a 3 rooms + hallway for free deal was next to impossible to book if I wanted to tweak it a bit and make some substitutes, but I couldn't figure out how to ask for what we wanted on the sign up section of the website. I almost quit until I got a supervisor (very nice but I forgot his name) who was patient and helpful and was able to give me what I wanted and deliver an acceptable contract. We ended up spending a lot more than we'd intended, but our technician, Shane, was very good at educating us and explaining to us about the protective properties of the extra treatment we eventually chose for the carpets. Shane did a great job, was personable and quite efficient, and we would like to have him come back for our next carpet cleaning with Zerorez.
