Technician was organized, knowledgeable, courteous . Equipment was clean. Love that there are no chemicals involved . I used the carpet cleaning service for my MIL who had COPD for years. Her respiratory system was very sensitive to cleaning chemicals. Unfortunately her condo association required carpets on upper units. After the first cleaning her carpets were cleaner than they had been in a long time.

Our carpet cleaning technician, Connor, did a GREAT job! He explained the process in great detail. The carpets cleaned nicely and look much better. Almost all stains were removed. The carpet is over 20 years old looks great. The cost to complete the cleaning was fair, if not a bit less than other companies. We have used ZeroRez for over 10 years and will continue to do so!
