Johnny Pina, the professional who cleaned my carpet, did the best job. He removed all the spots. He is truly an asset to your company. He protected my baseboards without me asking him to be careful. He was patient in answering all of my questions.

Juan was so friendly and knowledgeable….he was punctual and efficient. I had several areas of a stain and he worked diligently to remove them, explaining what and why he was doing as he was working.

I highly recommend Zerorez if you want your carpets cleaned well. Wall-to-wall carpet, large area rugs, they’re great on all of them. They’re efficient and on time.

There’s no harsh chemicals, you guys use your own water and areas where there were pet stains, they were removed during the cleaning process.
