Spots improved although not completely resolved (completed eradication was not expected) but one spot (toddler with a mascara wand wand) which had been treated before by another carpet cleaner was much improved.

Zerorez had my area rug for approximately 5 weeks. When it arrived, I noticed 2 of the edges still looked dirty, I am a little dissapointed. However the technician Justin Katich was fabulous , he cleaned the stairway rugs that were VERY soiled and now look brand new. I wish the 2 edges of the area rug would have turned out as nice as the stairway. I will continue to request JUSTIN KATICH whenever I need to have my rugs cleaned. I don't think the extra amount charged was worth the area rug cleaning due to the edges. Moving forward I will have it cleaned at home.

Easy to schedule service, good communication with arrival time with tech. Prompt arrival and set-up equipment. I really like that my carpets are so clean and not soaking wet after the service. My carpets are soft and not stiff like other companies can leave them. All of the pet stains are gone!

10 stars to your newly minted carpet cleaner Alex Rocha. This young man called 45 minutes ahead of arrival per my instructions of requesting 45 minutes vs. 30 minutes to give me enough time as well to arrive at the property.
Upon arrival, Alex Rocha was very personable, on time, knowledgeable, and answered questions with ease. Being on the job only 6 months or saw, he came across as a seasoned pro. I will without hesitation request for him to do our other apartments as well.

Zerorez technicians are always prompt, very good communicators, and friendly. They always explain what they're going to do, in what order, and why - and about how long it will take. It's so nice to have them anticipate what you're going to want to know instead of having to prompt them for more information, question by question. I definitely feel our ducts and floors are much much cleaner after they visit. My allergies and sinus congestion clear up too. Such an easy process with obvious benefits for me.
I have a fifteen year old white carpet with lots of wear and tear and more than its share of red wine and coffee stains. I have cleaned the carpet with my own rug shampooer and treated stains with Oxiclean over the years. I had heard from a friend how well her carpet came out with cleaning by Zerorez.
It's true! My white carpet is bright with no sticky residue. I can really tell the difference when vacuum and it doesn't drag on the heavily treated areas. The technician, Shane was very personable and listened to my concerns. His confidence in the cleaning products assured me that I would love the results. He also suggested adding a protective treatment on my white carpet which was pretty easy to sell me with his description and low key approach.
The appointment was easy to schedule and communication was very clear with prompt responses. No hold time was nice.
You get spots out that others do not. Also, your prices are reasonable.
