I’ve been using Zerorez for a few years. For some reason I used another well known carpet cleaning service, which was a joke. So happy we returned to Zerorez. My carpets now look clean, smell clean, dried quickly and the font look matted down. Oh, and the gentleman cleaned our carpets was very professional.

The rugs/carpet do not stay sopping wet for days. They are dry and can easily walk on them by early evening.

Your technician was very professional and he worked very, very hard on very dirty carpets. The transformation was amazing. I did not think the carpets could ever be cleaned again to an acceptable appearance.

We need to clean our light colored carpet frequently and I appreciate how diligent your technicians are cleaning the high traffic areas and giving spots extra attention. The carpet is left much less wet than other services and there is no chemical odor.

I use Zerorez because chemicals are not used and the water leaves the carpet soft and clean.

Excellent service

Called an hour prior to appointment to confirm, and showed up on time. Did a quick and thorough job. Carpets look great. I was happy to get the $129 price but was dismayed that they would charge $30 to discard the dirty water (which is not disclosed in the ad).
Over all I am quite happy.
