I was told at the time I made the appointment that I would get a text the day before my appointment to get an approximate time for service. I got the text the day before and the day of I received a phone call 15 minutes before arrival. Doug, the serviceman, was very pleasant and polite. He explained what he would be doing and how long it should take. Everything was done exactly as he said. I have never been so pleased by the service he provided and by how wonderful my carpet turned out. I would definitely use Zerorez again and tell my friends.

Salvador was professional, easy to work with, and very competent. He was able to remove stains on a light colored carpet that I thought would never come out. He explained what he would be doing and what we could expect. The results were great. Thank you, Salvador and thank you Zerorez!

Great service - fast and efficient.

I had a good experience with Palo and Ryan, from Zerorez. Very pleasant and eager to please. They did a good job. I've noticed that a couple of spots returned after the carpet dried. I was disappointed they couldn't get the large rust spot out, but they certainly tried! They did have a problem with carbon monoxide escaping into the house during the duct cleaning and the alarms went off for quite some time. Overall, I was satisfied with what they did and their efforts to do a good job.

Excellent technician and professional!

I appreciated that the technician got immediately to work and didn’t try to renegotiate the estimate, which is why I don’t use Coit anymore. I also appreciated that he completed the job without disturbing me until he was done, since I was on a Zoom call when he arrived.

Lack of chemicals.

Whole process super quick and easy! Called to schedule the appointment to get my second hand couch i just purchased cleaned, associates were super friendly and helpful! Tech that came to do the job was very friendly, offered options to us and got to work quickly. Would definitely recommend and will use their services again if needed!
