sustainable cleaning.

Your Outstanding results, Phenomenally fabulous Staff - pricing, and particularly in yesterday's case for our filthy dirty carpet in our clubhouse, the magic and ultimately cordial thoughtfulness of TREVOR - what an Outstanding hire you made in him!

The head of our Board came by to watch and see the results and luckily met him, as did one of my colleagues on the Hospitality team, then asking him to come right after to estimate cleaning her home's carpets.

Word will travel! We all hope you get lots of visits from Trevor's visit here - and the outstanding results he delivered, with such thoughtful advice throughout and proof that we next need the upholstery and air duct cleaned too. WOW! He is so right!

You'll hear more from us after the next board meeting when all those costs/projects are approved.

Very very many thanks,

Elsa
