It's not all about your product, it is how professional your service rep Troy presented himself as professional and knowledgeable. He also up sold us on tile and grout cleanning. When we call back to have the carpets cleaned again we will ask for Troy. Please share with him how happy we were with his service.

You clean carpets just like u say. We have a dog and the last thing I want is my house smelling like a dog. Your normal cleaning takes care of that.
The two guys who came couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I really love that my carpets dried in the time they said it would take and that there was absolutely no smell whatsoever. In the past, I have used other carpet cleaners and, often, my carpets had streaks. Not so with Zerorez. Also, I was charged the same price that was quoted on the phone,no additions for this and that. Great job. Great company.
The carpet was old, worn and filthy; Zerorez and your tech. Eric were able to make it look like new! I was very impressed. What was also a bonus was there was not artificial perfume odor left behind. I was a very happy customer.
