Usually the carpet is cleaned very well but this time we were disappointed that the blood stain was not removed from the carpet.

No harmful chemicals. Carpets looked almost brand new and are probably more likely to stay that way.

My old carpets had some difficult stains that had not come out during previous cleanings done by other companies. Zerorez was able to remove almost every stain. As a matter of fact, the carpets look practically new and have a fresh,clean smell...not a perfume smell...just fresh.

The people who helped me set it up were friendly and gave good information about cost and logistics. The person who came out to do the cleaning called on the morning of the appointment to tell me when he would be here. He was clean and professionally dressed, friendly and efficient. He wore shoe coverings. I liked the corner protectors. He explained what he was doing as he went. When the carpet was wet it did not have that sticky/slick feeling that I felt like I wanted to wipe off, like with Stanley Steemer or Coit. I didn't have a lot of heavy traffic dirt or stains, so it wasn't one of those WOW moments when he was done, but the whole house looks good and I'm happy I did it. I just had three months of remodeling dust and dirt and now it's fresh and clean. He even cleaned my office chair. I asked about air ducts (I saw it on the truck) and he gave me an estimate for air ducts and dryer vent cleaning. There were no surprise fees. Overall, I'm very pleased and will use Zerorez again.
