Good product and great customer service
Prompt and professional. Carpets look great. Will probably do service yearly. Cleaning granite in kitchen will be their next job.
You were available on short notice. You were good about alerting us to the time of arrival, including a delay. The rugs look excellent.
I do have one reservation: when I called I said four rooms and the stairs. When the men arrived, I added a small rug in a bedroom. That made five rooms. The men said they did not know about the playroom, but they added it, and to the bill.
They were very pleasant and competent.
Prefer not to have our names used. Will do word of mouth to promote your company.
