The service is great and the representatives are professional. We love that the carpet is sooooo clean and not crunchy. Seriously there were spots of grease and wine that I knew would be there when they were done. But thankfully i was wrong.

I would appreciate more information about your carpet protectant. It was only mentioned/suggested at my house after initial cleaning and all i got was a kind of scotch guard. I did opt for it, but as you do a great job differentiating the Zerorez approach to cleaning any additional information about the protectant would be great. Such as what it should protect carpets from, how long is its expected protection with normal vacuuming, etc.
