Client Testimonials
The results were very good--a bothersome stain is gone and the carpets look great. They dried quickly and there was no odor. The tech, Gustavo Rodrigeuz, was an expert carpet cleaner and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the process, inspect each carpet with me, listen, and answer all of my questions. He was exceptionally gracious, positive, and connected in a finely-tuned way with his work, Zerorez methods, and the customer, earning my appreciation and top rating for customer service and results. Thank you Zerorez and Gustavo.

I was called before they arrived, the two guys were neat, nice, friendly, courteous and efficient. They did great work and worked fast. My carpets looked fabulous when they were done. They "sold" me on the protectant so they did a good job for you. I thought they were great professionals and would absolutely have them come back to clean my carpets again. It was Manny and Halcion? I'm not sure of his spelling.
