Your technician, Brian Alves, was very professional and cooperative. I told him that I would not rate the results of his efforts until tomorrow or the next day, since my experience has been that the carpet doesn't always look as good the following day as it did immediately after the cleaning procedure. However, I his professionalism was admirable in any case.

I have 6 in door cats and there was so many stains from them that you could play dot to dot! Some of the stains I've worked on and could not get out are gone! All I can say is you will be the only carpet cleaning business I will ever call again. Plus the two guys you sent out were wonderful, they went way beyond the call of duty! Thank you Andrew and Ray?
