timely, courteous, carpets were clean! Only comment is that the rying time given to me over the phone was not correct and i'm very glad the person who came let em know what it really was. Over thephone the woman said 2 hours...it seemed odd to me then.
The service folks are always friendly, professional and do a great job. I've been having a problem with a male cat "marking" and wasn't aware that he was making a mess in certain places. Tony had a tool that helped to identify the problem areas and assisted in getting rid of the smell.
