The carpets are much cleaner than our last carpet cleaner and there is no fragrance and the carpets were not as wet as our other cleaner. The fragrance was bad for both of us because we both have allergies and suffered from the fragrance.

Thank you for sending Brian to do the job at 29008 Guildhall Road in Hayward, Ca. Brian came highly recommended and I did request him when I made my first call to you last week.
I was told he was not available, but you could send someone else..So sorry I did not insist on Brian. As you know I was NOT happy with the cleaning job done by the first technician.
When I let you know I was very unhappy with the job you sent another technician..(who really IS A Technician..Brian) to do the job the way the job should be done. He is very knowledgeable and spent the time necessary to do a beautiful job.
I will be recommending Brian to my other clients mostly seniors..Yes..
In fact I plan to write a recommendation and place it on the bulletin board at the clubhouse.Once again Thank you for sending Brian to do the job right!!

Your technician, Brian Alves, was very professional and cooperative. I told him that I would not rate the results of his efforts until tomorrow or the next day, since my experience has been that the carpet doesn't always look as good the following day as it did immediately after the cleaning procedure. However, I his professionalism was admirable in any case.
