water based cleaning. However, I was asked about previously having the Scotchgard protection and at first I wasn't going to pay the extra $30 per room. I then told the Tech, Jim, I'll go ahead with it and he said my rooms were small and he'd do all 3 for just $30. Turned out he didn't have any Scotchgard in his truck. I would still be interested in getting the protection in the very near future at rate he gave me of $30 for all 3 rooms. He did a nice job on the 3 rooms.

Services were great. Most of the carpet looks good, but the areas that needed extra cleaning are still noticeable. I think you should offer an extra service with fee, that does more of a deep clean on the high traffic areas.

Great technician and love the outcome

It was quick and results are good. One caveat: I was quoted $158 over the phone. Cory charged me $208. A $50 difference is notable. I would expect a variance of 10% or so. I suggest Zerorez find a way to provide over the phone estimates that are closer to the actual cost charged on the day of the work. As a customer, I felt I had no choice to go ahead with it even though I wasn't happy about the discrepancy. Thank you.

I was extremely happy how the carpets turned out!!! Andrew was our technician and showed up right on time, we were the first job of the day so I was lucky! He was a very polite and really knew everything about cleaning a carpet.
Having three dogs, i did opt to have him add on the stain stuff prior to the cleaning which looks like it really did help on some of the stains and added the scotch guard at the end. So my and price did go up,( and andrew gave me the cost of adding it prior to doing the extra steps, but it was still less than i had been charged by an other company. It looked to good I had him do 1 extra room while he was here. So I apologize if I made him later for his next appointment.
All in all service was polite on the phone and in person, they were efficient and did a good job! I will call them back next time.

EVERYTHING!!!!!! My carpets look new again!!!!...they are 15 years old!!!! This was the first time I used you guys. I had spots and stains and they all came out. It was quick and easy and REALLY unbelievable how good it all came out. My tech was Corey and he was VERY nice!!! He called to say when he would arrive and came on time. Once here he got to work. Very professional and reassuring it would look great....AND he was right!!! I asked Cory why this method is better then others and he explained how the whole soap solution method would attract more dirt later on. Your method even got printer ink out of the office carpet....WOW!!!!
YES!!! I would use you again and have already told a couple of friends and neighbors. OH!!! and I cannot believe the price!!!! Awesome!!!
