I've used Zerorez three times and will not use any other carpet cleaners. They're prompt, friendly and efficient. The carpets feel and look wonderful after they're done, and my carpets are 25 years old!! There's no leftover residue, and the carpets can be walked upon shortly after the cleaning is finished.

No smelly chemicals! I have Environmental Illness and this was done for my Mom's house while she was at a wedding. Guys were great and made sure to get some of the stains out. I was down there again today to remove blocks under couch and chairs. It felt a little damp, but was dry and perfect by the time I left. Have been listening to adds on KGO for the last year, and thought I would give it a go! The older gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable! I want them to come and clean my place in SF
