Customer service! I have used Zerorez for years now and am very satisfied with the whole process of having my carpets cleaned. I also like the environmental aspects of the system. The carpets are not left soaking wet when completed. Drying fast. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their carpets cleaned.

We did have an issue with the first cleaning and ZeroRes came out a few days later and rectified the issue. Ryan was awesome in that he explained the type of carpet we had and why or why not certain areas wear more that others.
