My carpet was a mess. The Zerorez cleaner, name beginning with X, I don't know spelling, did a terrific job. Price was agreed upon before he started and he did the extra effort in getting my carpet real clean. We are very happy and will ask him to return in 6 months. We have used Zerorez four or five times now and would recommend them to others.
