I like that there was no smell afterwards. Tony was very informative. He told me about each procedure. Using the brush to get excess hair and other stuff caught in the carpet. The whole procedure didn't take very long.

Great service, Trevor was awesome, and the product cleans very well and doesn't leave residue, huge plus.
The carpets actually looks better than I thought they would. The stains are gone, the nap has been lifted and the carpets look bright again. I love the results. And the representative, Eddie, could not have been nicer.
