The two technicians that did the work were great. They worked quickly and did a great job.
The only small negative was that in the master bedroom, they tied the drapes up and they were pretty wrinkled when I found them and untied them. In the future, I would request that they not be tied up like that. I had draped them over the chair nearby to get them up off of the floor.
Tony did a great job. He was very professional & I was pleased that he was able to get out the spots in the hall carpet.

They where quick to set up an appointment and showed up on time. Not enough time has passed to see if the stains stay away. I will try again in about 6 months.

Ariaies (spelling) was one of the most polite considerate servicemen that i have ever used in any appointments of any type for my home.
He called and gave me an exact time that he would be arriving.
Gave me a update of what he was doing as he went along. Areas of the carpet that were heavily stained did the best he could to get them out and apologized that he could not get them totally out. I told him that i was surprised that he got out as much as he did.
i would give him a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
The cleaning is great but the customer service is what truly sets Zero Rez apart! I was blown away by how exceptional Andre was at not only working hard to make sure everything was spotless but also how knowledgeable and kind he was. I was sure customer service was a thing of the past but after my last experience with Andre and Zero Rez I’m not so sure. Keep up the good work guys!
