I was very pleased with the service and the courtesy of the young man who cleaned our carpet,
Ricardo Suarez.
He called one hour ahead to give his approximate arrival time which I appreciated . He did a thorough and efficient job and my carpet looks great. He removed spots and stains that I feared would be permanent.
I would recommend Zerorez for it's service and cleaning method and their technician was excellent.

The technician was very professional, asked questions: are you satisfied with the cleaning or are there areas you would like me to go over? He did a great job even though it was him alone. I say this because I've tried two other carpet cleaning companies and I was not satisfied with the cleaning and two technicians were sent out each time. Amazing!

Excellent service and great work
I have used this company 3 or 4 times with the best results. The last time, when the carpet was dry, the marks from the equipment were still there and left some streaking. This happened on more than one rug. I want them to come back and correct this if possible.
The men who came were very polite and courteous and I was very pleased with them aside from the result.

I am always impressed with the professional way they work with the customers. I LIKE THAT THEY THEY KEEP YOU UPDATED BY PHONE TROUGHOUT THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT MY CARPETS DON'T TAKE 8 HOURS TO DRY. I JUST PUT OUT A FEW FANS AND THEY WERE DRY IN 3-4 HOURS. I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE SALES/PROMOTIONS THAT I CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF.
