Daniel, the technician that did my carpet cleaning was professional, helpful, and did a great job. My carpets, which are low end apartment grade carpets had not been cleaned for 3 years and I have multiple cats, which I do clean up after, but they add to the wear and tear of the carpets.

I think they look pretty amazing. I also thought the pricing was reasonable as I've had cleaners in the past, who I would catergorize as "sketchy" (some sort of green cleaners as well) and they charged a lot more and I think they even stole something.

I felt very comfortable with the tech sent to do the job, and all of the conversations I had with various office people setting up the appointment, following up, etc., were all courteous and professional, which is, in my opinion, part of good customer service.

This is my first time using Zerorez and I am ecstatic with the results. I used the 3 room special and my carpets seriously look like new. Trevor is really sweet and did a great job making sure all the little spots my kids and dogs have made came out. I will be calling again when my carpets get dirty again.

Love the lack of soap residue and "crunchy" rugs. Great the the rugs dry so quickly. This is my third time using Zerorez and every technician has been great and diligent in getting out stains.

Wonderful, thorough service. The technicians are terrific, and on this call-out Rico and Andres were the perfect team. Some other cleaning suggestions were made, and very worthwhile, so I
agreed to extended contractual terms. This is a rental, so restoring to an original condition is a
necessity and they did just that. No signs were to be found, of the soiled mess left behind. I am
beyond pleased and will continue to call upon Zerorez!

Tony did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet - it looks like new! He protected all the corners

in my home so they didn't get marked from the equipment he was using and was very

polite and explained exactly what he would be doing. My carpet dried quickly and I am

very pleased with the results.

Ricardo was very nice and told us everything he was doing and what kind of fibers our carpets had. He got a very large stain out of our living room that other carpet cleaning companies had not been able to get out. He put scotch guard on the carpet to help future stains from sticking. He also told us that the carpet cleaner did not contain any residue, so it would not attract future stains. I was very impressed at his level of knowledge about the products and carpet in general. He told me he had completed training through your company. Our neighbors had used your company and recommended you. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

We had excellent service from the two technicians who cleaned our carpets yesterday. They were professional, personable and knowledgeable regarding the products the company uses and their method of cleaning carpets. They took the time to explain what they were doing and also gave us safety tips on keeping safe until the carpets dried. Next time we need our carpets cleaned I know who to call.

On our fairly new carpet we had sustained a stain about 3 feet in diameter and with an odor. We tried recommended commercial enzymatic cleaners and homemade mixtures of water and vinegar and sprinkled baking soda. After several such unsuccessful amateur attempts over a week's time, we turned to the professionals at Zerorez, whose good services we had called on before. Their technician Ed arrived the next day right on the scheduled time. Ed carefully, thoroughly and expertly cleaned and deodorized until our carpet looked new and smelled fresh again. Next time we will call Zerorez first.
