Darren did a great job. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, offered recommended additional services without overselling or being pushy and worked so hard he was sweating! The team in the Office were also very responsive and thorough. Our carpets and upholstery are shiny clear thanks to Darren and the ZeroRes team!

Ricky was great. Explained everything with me beforehand and had me check after he completed the first room. It was dry in less than 24 hours and for carpet that is 18 years old and white it is really much more brighter.

I'm very pleased with the carpet cleaning. Good job. Not as pleased with the granite cleaning and polishing. Now it seems to show every finger print which was so noticeable before the cleaning. Maybe it just needs to be polished up a bit??
Would always use Zerorez for carpets.

Miguel who did our rugs was personable and attentive. He was thorough and the carpets are cleaner than when the service we used to use cleaned them.

I’m very happy with the job that was done however I didn’t understand the charge for the material that was applied after the cleaning. I was only expecting a charge of $30. But was charged $180.

The service I received in my initial carpet cleaning was far from what I have experienced from Zerorez in the past. The carpet was left very wet, and once it was dry, I could see a triangular area that was obviously not well cleaned.I've used Zerorez for many years, and this is the first bad experience I have ever had.

I called Zerorez to report the problem, and they scheduled another technician to come fix the problem for me the next day. He did a superior job, just as all the previous Zerorez techs have done.

So, in spite of the problems with the initial cleaning, I will still give Zerorez my recommendation, because they responded so quickly and remedied the situation so completely.

I have used Zerorez several times now, and each and every time, they are extremely good at their job! I would highly recommend them!!

Carpet cleaning.

I forgot the service guy's name, but he was the nicest person. The first time ever happened
to me, that he said, that my carpets are actually clean to begin with. (would have been happy just to walk out ??? )
Well, it wasn't filthy, upstairs only, light traffic. But it needed to be done, and he did a great job.

I am very pleased with the cleaning results. The carpet is also brighter.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals that leave a residue that just attracts more dirt. I like your multi-room deals. I like the fact that your driver will call me when he's 30 minutes out so I don't have to sit at home all afternoon during my window. I like that he comes when he says he will, and the technicians are always thorough and tidy.
