The Tech did a great job. Took his time and got the high traffic areas cleaner than expected.
I would whole heartedly recommend Zerorez.

For the seven years we have lived in this house, I thought our kitchen floor was permanently stained because I had tried Softscrub with bleach and dozens of floor products but the marks never came out. I bought a poultice to try as a last resort but decided to first try Zerorez. I am so glad I did. The floor is nearly spotless and now it is sealed as well. I will be calling them on an annual basis!

The technician was informed, performed his duties efficiently, was generous with information and help, and completed the job in a timely fashion.

Daren was very personable indicating where excessive wear may not take a cleaning as well as less traveled areas. He was thorough, clean and timely. He referred me to the company for someone to stretch my carpets, who also came through and did a great job. I am very satisfied with the work of both employees and will schedule them again when needed.

Non-toxic

I've had my carpets shampooed before, but I think they come out cleaner with Zerorez. Plus, they are able to get out dog accident stains too.

The only thing I was unhappy about was that I learned during my last appointment this past week that Zerorez will be charging a travel fee for service in the East Bay. I wish someone would open one in the East Bay.

Other than that, I think they are a dependable company and they do a good job.

All staff members are consistently very professional and friendly and they do a great job. They are good at offering additional services without being pushy.

Again the aged carpet came out looking great. Frequently cleaned, certainly helped hold the carpet threads together.

I've never had stains lifted and the not reappear until I tried Zerorez.
The scotch guarding that they offer really works for the next stain to help lift it.
