Hondo called and gave me a heads up on his arrival, and was on time. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and did a great job on the rug. He gave estimates for two wool area rugs and took them to the plant.

I was so happy to see the two new Representatives come out! They did an awesome job and I truly felt very comfortable with them in my home. Super personable but professional! Extremely hardworking and aim to please!! Totally left everything the way they found it and sad to hear that they are only here for training new Reps.
I hope you can find some clean hard working personable trustworthy new Reps like them. Higher pay means less turnover and the costly expense of constantly training new staff!!
We have used Zerorez for the last five years but was so disappointed with our last Rep who didn't do a good job and was on the scary aggressive side. I almost didn't go back to Zero rez but finally decided too since prior to that I had the nicest Reps.

ZeroRez got my carpet very clean after 8 years with any serious cleaning. ZeroRez got some very tough stains out. All my questions were answered by the technician. He explained everything he was doing. I feel very good about ZeroRez and I would recommend ZeroRez to my family and friends.

Have used Zeroz Rez as our go to carpet cleaning company for a number of years after having a problem with a top company we had used for years before that. I got the recommendation for Zero Rez from a friend and have passed the recommendation on to others. Although some things have changed---they no longer move any furniture or put styrofoam under legs of furniture that can't be moved and there are more rules now, I would still recommend. Service providers are always prompt, polite, cheerful and get the job done quickly. The cost is average or lower than other companies.
