The technician was very hardworking as well as polite. The finished job is excellent. He (Justin) also gave us an assessment of our carpet and reclining chairs. He told us what we could reasonably expect about the heavy traffic areas. I really liked him and his work.

This is at least the 3rd year I have used Zerorez. Always on time with good results. Carpets look like new and dry quickly. They are my regular spring cleaning call for carpets.
I love the way my carpet looks and smells after a Zerorez cleaning! It is fast and easy! I wish I could have it done once a month!
There is no fragrance after the carpet is cleaned and carpet does not have an excess of water when they are done. Our carpet was installed in 1993 and has some wear. I am so surprised after they clean the carpet because they can get it so clean. We do have fading but as for the dirt it is gone.
